Mr. Luis was very patient and thorough with me. He took his time an answered all my questions (I had a page full). Because it is an older house, Mr. Luis took his time explaining each part of the inspection and offered suggestions on how to resolve the small (thank God) problematic areas.
Ms. Wanda, what a great person! I must have asked 50 questions BEFORE the inspection took place. Ms. Wanda was very understanding of my concerns and answered my questions and putting me at ease.
I can honestly say that this is a company that prioritizes each and every client, I felt very comfortable and at the end of the inspection I felt secured in my decision.

I am so impressed ...

I am so impressed with the way this company presents their inspections. As a state farm reprehensive we deal with inspections on a daily basis and I am so tired of getting inspections that are hand written; I am so happy that there is a company out there that saves us time by taking detailed pictures of the property. But you know what the best thing about this company is.... customer service is great!!!!!
